Day 1 at NICE Actimize ENGAGE 2025 in NY was a remarkable event with over 500 attendees, including peers and leading experts like the former Attorney General of SDNY, FBI & DEA special agents. The discussions centered around leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning to enhance our ability to predict, detect, and report financial crimes. Focus on doing the right thing, the right way, for the right reasons!
While AI doesn’t replace human intuition or judgment, it shows great promise in enhancing detection capabilities, handling high volumes of data, integrating information from various parts of an organization, and providing forensic analysis to support human decision-making. At the heart of this effort is the availability, accuracy, and efficiency of “DATA”.
